• The Befriending Discharge Service designed to offer kind and private support to individuals aged 18+ who have been experiencing suicidal thoughts or have attempted to take one’s life. 
• Resources-and-self-help you can find self-help videos with top tips and support from our therapists which are available  24/7. A library of self-help guides that complement the treatment we provide and aid your recovery journey is also available.  If you would like additional support you can also join one of our free live and interactive introductory and specialist webinars that cover a range of topics.
• Talking therapies in Hertfordshire with HPFT provides access to primary care psychological therapy services in Hertfordshire and Mid Essex through a wide range of confidential talking therapy treatments and employment support for adults with common mental health problems. The services are part of the national NHS Talking Therapies, for anxiety and depression programme.
• Talking therapies online-support if you require extra support with your mental health you can login - a free and secure online self-help programme that is proven to help with anxiety, stress and depression
