Mind Hertfordshire Network

We are an outreach service.

We accept anyone aged from 16+ in the Hertsmere, Hemel Hempstead, Watford and Three Rivers area’s who are attached to a GP surgery.

This service provides support with up to 10 sessions with:

• Alcohol and drugs support
• Emotional Support
• Practical support including benefit applications, blue badge, PIP, applications
• Mental health support
• Psychoeducation
• Coping Strategies
• Anger management
• Sign posting and support with referring on to other agencies
• Isolation and loneliness
• Agoraphobia and fears of leaving the home
• Confidence and self esteem
• Getting back into work
• Advocacy
• Support with CIN and Child protection
• Outreach service - in the community, in our centers and in the service users home
• Attending appointments with service users
• Complex service users with schizophrenia, emotionally unstable personality disorders, ADHD, Hoarding
• Trauma
• Crisis reduction and intervention

We are unfortunately not a counselling service but can offer emotional support to our service users.
